Cancel an order
You can notify us of cancellation without giving a reason.
- Sign in to your customer account with the email address used for the order.
- Open the relevant order and choose its cancellation option.
- Check the reference and confirm the notice. A dated receipt becomes available after it is recorded.
Time limits
For most goods, tell us within fourteen days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further fourteen days to return them. For one order delivered in separate instalments, the cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item.
Cancellation by email
An account is not required to exercise your right. You can send a clear statement to contact@steampunk-corner.com with your name, order reference and the goods concerned. Read the return conditions for costs, refunds and exceptions.
A cancellation notice records your decision; it does not itself trigger an immediate refund.
