How do I choose a size?
Use the measurements on the exact product page and any chart supplied for that model. A familiar size letter is not necessarily equivalent across models. Account for layers and ask us if an important measurement is missing.
Are all pictured accessories included?
Styled images can contain props. Only the items described as included on the selected listing are part of the purchase. Check the chosen option before adding it to your basket.
How much does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery is free. Preparation takes up to two working days, then delivery is estimated at ten to fourteen working days after dispatch. The shop covers any import duties.
Where can I see my order?
Open your customer account with the email address used for the purchase. A one-time email code lets you sign in. Available tracking appears with the order.
Can I return my order?
For most online purchases, you can notify us of cancellation within fourteen days of delivery and then have a further fourteen days to return the goods. Read the return conditions, including the rules for personalised goods and faulty items.
Is payment confirmation the same as a successful redirect?
Your order is confirmed once the payment has been verified. If confirmation is still pending, check your email and account before making a second payment. Contact us with the order or payment reference if you need help.
Are masks and goggles safety equipment?
Costume styling does not establish respiratory, impact or UV protection. Use a product for protection only when the exact model has documented information supporting that use.
