Terms and conditions

Scope and product selection

These terms apply to consumer orders through steampunk-corner.com. Choose the exact variant and check available measurements, listed contents and the basket before payment.

Prices and ordering

Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Any customs or import duties are borne by the shop. UK delivery is free. The payable total appears before confirmation. Provide your name, email address, phone number and complete delivery address. A confirmation is sent after verified payment. Do not treat a payment redirect alone as proof of a confirmed order.

Delivery

Preparation and dispatch take up to two working days. Delivery is estimated at ten to fourteen working days after dispatch. Available tracking appears in the customer account. Several items may be sent separately. Contact us if delivery is delayed or an item is missing or damaged. Where an agreed essential deadline is missed, or goods are not delivered within the applicable agreed period, statutory remedies remain available.

Cancellation of most online purchases

You can notify us that you wish to cancel within fourteen days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For an order delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Use our online cancellation function, email a clear statement to contact@steampunk-corner.com or write to the seller. You do not have to create an account or use the model form.

Returning goods

After notifying us, send the goods back within a further fourteen days. Contact us promptly for the return address appropriate to your order; this is not a request for permission to cancel. Keep proof of posting and return included accessories. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, the seller pays necessary return costs.

Refunds

We refund within fourteen days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have returned them if earlier. The refund includes any standard outward delivery charge you paid; UK standard delivery is free. A premium delivery surcharge above the standard service is not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without a charge.

You may handle goods as you could in a shop. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods. Statusory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Personalised goods

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Selecting a standard size, colour or finish is not by itself such personalisation. An exception to change-of-mind cancellation does not remove rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their stated purpose. UK consumer rights may include a short-term right to reject within thirty days, followed by rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as applicable. A manufacturer warranty does not replace these statutory rights. Contact contact@steampunk-corner.com with your reference and a description of the problem; reasonable evidence may help us resolve it.

Questions and disputes

Send enquiries to contact@steampunk-corner.com with your order reference. Mandatory protections applicable to consumers in the UK remain available and are not excluded by these terms. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
